Returns Policy
Only products with the manufacturing defects or any damage occurred due to transportation will be replaced after thorough inspection. Please find the replacement policy below.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
You need send a return request within 7 days of delivery of the product (Only products with the manufacturing defects or any damage occurred due to transportation will be replaced ). You need to send back the product in a saleable condition through authorised courier service provider and shipping cost need to be borne by the customer. Product need to be send back in original box or packaging. It will take minimum of 21 working days to process your return request.

HOW TO RETURN:
Step 1: Use Support to contact us and send mail on sales@pratikcopper.com, providing your name, order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will verify your request and ask you to send the product to the mentioned address. Return Address: sales@pratikcopper.com.
Step 3: You need to return the product in a securely sealed shipping package with your order number (e.g. #1001) and the reason for return attached on a separate piece of document inside the parcel also please mention the shipping address. Otherwise, the replacement may be delayed.
Step 4: Provide the tracking number of your returned product via Support. Currently, we do not offer to pick up service.

NOTE:
Products with negligible scratches/dents are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
Please share a document with your order number and reason for return in the return package .
If bottle is having an Issue with the cap then only cap replacement will be offered but not bottle.
If product is used, it will not be replaced.
Amount will not be refunded, it will be only replaced with a particular product.
